Returns

Please write to us first using our contact page. Returns are only possible on purchased items from oddborg.ca in cases of misprinted/damaged/ or defective items. The item(s) must be in unworn and unwashed condition. There are no returns for issues of sizing or fit.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If an updated address is not provided within 30 days a refund cannot be issued.

All of our apparel products are custom printed one at a time. Please know that the “vinegar” smell on a piece of clothing using this direct to garment printing process is only temporary.
